TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Superior Cannabis Nevada website (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Strata Growth LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

 

1. Legal Age Requirement

The Site is intended only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Nevada law governing the legal use of recreational cannabis. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view cannabis-related content in your jurisdiction. 2. Compliance and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to purchase cannabis where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and to report any suspected illegal activity.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We may post notice of changes on the Site, and your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.

 

10. Termination
